2024 FALCONS TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Currency and Governing Law
1.1 Currency & Pricing
All prices listed are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) at a rate of 15%. Additional fees or charges may apply, including those from your bank or card provider.
1.2 Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
2. Ticket Purchase
Tickets can be purchased exclusively through the Flicket ticketing system, available on our official website or authorised outlets.All ticket prices are listed on the ticketing platform and may be subject to additional fees (e.g., service charges, processing fees).Ticket numbers may be limited for individual purchasers and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.1 Ticket Transfer and Resale
Tickets purchased through the Flicket ticketing system may be transferred to another individual or resold, provided that the transfer or resale is conducted through authorized platforms or methods outlined by Falcons venues.
The original ticket holder must notify Falcons of the transfer by providing the name and contact information of the new ticket holder at least 48 hours before the event. This can be done via email to steve.dunbar293@gmail.com.
Any resale must not exceed the original purchase price and should comply with local laws and regulations regarding ticket resale.
Tickets that are transferred or resold through unauthorized means may be subject to cancellation without refund.The new ticket holder will receive a new electronic ticket, which must be presented for entry to the venue.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 We offer fan subscriptions through our Site. By subscribing you agree to pay all fees associated with the subscription.
3.2 We reserve the right to change our fees or billing methods at any time. We will provide notice of any changes in advance.
3.3 Refunds will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
4. Venue Entry Conditions
4.1 Venue Regulations
Ticket Holders must comply with all venue-specific rules and conditions, including those related to prohibited items, intoxication, and disorderly conduct.
Entry to the venue requires a valid ticket. Please present your electronic ticket on your mobile device or a printed copy at the entrance.
Falcons reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual who fails to present a valid ticket or does not comply with venue policies.
4.2 Bag & Vehicle Searches
Security personnel may conduct searches of bags, garments, or vehicles entering and leaving the venue. Refusal to comply with security measures may result in denied entry or removal from the venue.
4.3 Prohibited Items
Items such as alcohol, glass bottles, thermos flasks, commercial takeaway food, and dangerous objects are prohibited. A full list of restricted items will be provided by the venue.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to allow Falcons to collect, store, and use your personal information for administrative, marketing, and promotional purposes in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
